• Produced 200+ AutoCAD drawings based on information provided by customers and engineers for residential, administration, athletic and recreational buildings.

Bari Health Resort, located in NW of Iran, 165000m²:

• Revised feasibility study by analyzing and re-programming building functions and layouts for Zone3 of 65000m² Bari Health Resort to increase financial resources by 20% and capacity for tourist accommodation by 40%.

Bari Hotel accommodate up to 400, $15m budget, 13,500m²:

• Revised old drawings, suggested new functions and designed new spaces to increase capacity of hotel by 10% and coordinated the design and construction team of 6 engineers.

• Reviewed completed reports, plans, estimates and calculations for accuracy throughout the duration of designing phase one and phase two and construction, to ensure the project satisfies quality requirements.

• Supervised project designers, CADD technicians and contractors throughout construction of 5,000m² landscape to ensure construction was following specifications.

Spa, restaurant and coffee shop complex, $5m budget, 3500 m²:

• Specified material, finishing, millwork and furnishings and collaborated with mechanical and electrical technical consultants to decrease budget by 15% in restoration.

• Estimated project costs and provided all preliminary and detailed drawings to decrease the project budget by 15% by implementing vernacular architecture, using local materials and services.

• Monitored activities construction site to ensure construction met specifications.

• Two resorts for war veterans including residential, health clinic, athletic building, library and amphitheater with more than $20m, 14000m² and 16000 m²:

• Completed formal design intent and construction documentation to achieve all project's objectives incorporated into the documents.
