Homa Kids Commercial and Cultural Complex
Competition


Homa Kids is a complex of 3-story commercial 80000 sq ft, 5-story parking 150000 sq ft, 9-story administration 100000 sq ft and 4-story recreation and cultural buildings for kids 0-12 years old. It has a special playground to revive local plays which have been declined. This project has received an award as one of ten top designs for"Homa Kids" competition, Tehran, Iran 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Designed and presented for the competiotion. Recieved award as one of the top 10 designers

This project consists of 9-story parking,          6 stories underground,200000 sq ft, 3-story commercial, 100000 sq ft and 30000 sq ft restaurant on the top. Tehran, Iran

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provided all preliminary and detailed drawings of the street facade and plans for this renovation project

  • Monitored activities on construction site

Zafar Administration Building

Eleven-story administration building.

The materials which are used for this elevation are:stone, Aluminium panels and spider glasses.
