  • Provided full conceptual design. Provided 3D model in Revit, and prepared specifications from initial stages to final sheets for ZBL and SPA

Responsibilities:​

  • Developed the conceptual ideas to finalize the exterior facades regarding proportion and aesthetically issues

  • Designed unit layouts preparing different options with flexibility to switch between a flat or duplex unit

  • Prepared Schedule Y drawings

  • Prepared drawing set for ZBL, SPA and OPA

Responsibilities:

  • Provided sun/ shadow study to evaluate impacts of shadows by the proposed development on surrounding
    neighborhood

  • Developed the conceptual ideas to finalize the exterior facades regarding proportion and aesthetically issues

  • Provided 3D model in Revit

Responsibilities:

  • Estimated project costs and provided all preliminary and detailed drawings

  • Monitored activities on construction site

  • Specified material, finishing, millwork and furnishings
